Learn to Turn

AAW does turning demonstrations in the registration area on Thursday afternoon, and visitors are encouraged to experience our affliction first hand.

This committee is responsible for setting up 2 lathes and a grinder from the youth room, and then giving impromptu hands-on lessons to visitors; otherwise you just make some shaving and small talk.

You do not have to be registered to help, but do have to be an AAW member so that the insurance coverage is in effect.
