Overview: 

The competition, a judged show with detailed feedback being provided, was held on Sunday 11/5th and the critique presented at the monthly meeting on Tuesday, 11/8

Location

 the room behind the Multi-Purpose room at Hillview.    Enter items up to 9:30AM, and the judging starts shortly thereafter.

 

 

Drop before and After the Competition

For those who would like to enter the competition but can't make it on Saturday morning, you can have someone else take in your entries for you - info here. .   It was arranged for 3 drop off locations, which will accept your pieces the week before the competition:

Judging:

Our judges will be the same as we’ve had for the past two competitions: Jim Gott, from the Bay Area Woodturning Association in the East Bay, and Bruce Heister, of the Collectors of Wood Art. Detailed feedback sheets will be prepared for each entry, and will be provided at the club feedback meeting on November 8th.  It is expected that this will be completed around 11:30AM.
